- 4 oz. dark chocolate, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup oats (preferably rolled oats)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips for topping
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal (optional for added lactation benefits)
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients and measure them out carefully.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter and dark chocolate, mixing until smooth. Then add sugar and eggs, beating until creamy.
- Gradually add flour, cocoa powder, oats, and flaxseed meal (if using) into the wet mixture. Stir in the milk until just combined.
- Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Pour mixture into a greased baking dish, sprinkle chocolate chips on top, and bake for 25-30 minutes.
