Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 4 oz. dark chocolate, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup oats (preferably rolled oats)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips for topping
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal (optional for added lactation benefits)

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients and measure them out carefully.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter and dark chocolate, mixing until smooth. Then add sugar and eggs, beating until creamy.
  3. Gradually add flour, cocoa powder, oats, and flaxseed meal (if using) into the wet mixture. Stir in the milk until just combined.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Pour mixture into a greased baking dish, sprinkle chocolate chips on top, and bake for 25-30 minutes.
