- Fresh or frozen lobster meat – 1 cup
- Premium ravioli (preferably lobster or cheese-filled) – 12 pieces
- Unsalted butter – ½ cup
- Fresh lemon juice – ¼ cup
- Zest of 1 lemon

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the lobster meat until tender, about 5 minutes, then chop into small pieces. In another pot, cook the ravioli according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in lemon juice and lemon zest, cooking for 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked lobster and ravioli to the skillet. Toss gently to coat with the lemon butter sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley.
