Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the cake mix as per package instructions, adding food coloring for vibrant layers. Bake in a greased pan for 25-30 minutes, then allow to cool completely.
- Mix berries with sugar and lemon juice. Heat slightly for a jam-like filling, then chill.
- Beat softened butter and powdered sugar until fluffy. Add milk and food coloring. Mix until smooth. Sprinkle edible glitter for shimmer.
- Slice cooled cake into layers if desired. Spread berry filling between layers. Cover with vibrant buttercream, then decorate with edible flowers, sprinkles, gold, and shimmer.
