  • 3 tbsp golden syrup
  • 200g digestive biscuits, roughly crushed
  • 100g mini marshmallows
  • 100g Maltesers (plus extra for topping)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the digestive biscuits into small chunks and mix with mini marshmallows in a large bowl.
  2. Melt chocolate, butter, and golden syrup in a saucepan over low heat until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract if using.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the biscuits and marshmallows, folding gently until coated. Add Maltesers last.
