- 300g milk chocolate (or dark chocolate if preferred)
- 150g unsalted butter
- 3 tbsp golden syrup
- 200g digestive biscuits, roughly crushed
- 100g mini marshmallows
- 100g Maltesers (plus extra for topping)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Crush the digestive biscuits into small chunks and mix with mini marshmallows in a large bowl.
- Melt chocolate, butter, and golden syrup in a saucepan over low heat until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract if using.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the biscuits and marshmallows, folding gently until coated. Add Maltesers last.
- Transfer to a lined baking tray, press evenly, and top with extra Maltesers. Chill for at least 2 hours until firm.

- Drizzle with melted white chocolate for extra indulgence.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
- For vegan options, use dairy-free chocolate, vegan butter, and marshmallows.
