Instructions
- Place beef bites and potatoes in the slow cooker, season with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic and olive oil, pour over the ingredients in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours until beef is tender and potatoes are crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
