- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
- Brush the cut sides with melted butter and sprinkle garlic powder.
- Place the rolls cut-side down on the skillet to toast for 2 minutes.
- Flip the rolls and sprinkle shredded cheese on the cut side.
- Cover and cook until cheese melts, about 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
