- 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread cauliflower on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- In a small bowl, whisk together tahini, honey, lemon juice, and a little water to make the drizzle.
