Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, corn starch, salt, and black pepper.
- Thoroughly mix the dry ingredients until combined.
- Chop the mixed vegetables and place them in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle your choice of seasoning. Toss to coat.
- Preheat the Ninja air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the seasoned vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Notes
- Leftover creations can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
- Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (180°C) for 5-7 minutes.
