Instructions
- Slice the bananas into ΒΌ-inch thick rounds and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the instant vanilla pudding mix with cold milk until smooth. Let it thicken for about 5 minutes.
- Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the vanilla pudding mixture.
- Layer sliced bananas in the mini graham cracker crusts, then spoon the cream filling over the bananas.
- Chill the assembled pies in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
