Instructions

- Fold in the finely chopped pistachios and a pinch of sea salt if using.
- Using a teaspoon or small cookie scoop, portion the mixture into bite-sized balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set and allow flavors to meld.
- Before serving, drizzle with additional honey and sprinkle with remaining pistachios. Serve chilled.
