Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Combine rolled oats, protein powder, and baking soda in a large mixing bowl.
- In another bowl, mash the banana and mix it with nut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until creamy.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and fold together until fully combined, adding dark chocolate chips if desired.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
