- 8 oz pasta (your choice)
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until browned.
- Pour in heavy cream, and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked pasta and fresh spinach, tossing to combine and wilt the spinach.
- Season with salt and pepper, then serve immediately garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.

- Use fresh spinach for the best flavor and color.
- Feel free to add cooked chicken or bacon for extra protein.
- Adjust cream and cheese quantities for a creamier or lighter sauce.
