A rich and creamy pasta dish packed with fresh spinach, sautéed mushrooms, and Parmesan cheese, all cooked in one skillet for easy cleanup.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  3. Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until browned.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
