Instructions
- Chop the peaches into small pieces and place them in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and set aside.
- In a pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice with honey or simple syrup, stirring until dissolved.
- Add the peach puree to the lemon mixture, stirring well.
- Pour in the 4 cups of cold water, adjusting to taste if you prefer stronger or weaker flavor.
- Add plenty of ice cubes and stir to combine.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and peach slices for an attractive presentation.
