  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the sugar in warm water and sprinkle the yeast on top. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil, and mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough for about 8 minutes until smooth.
  3. Once the dough has risen for about an hour, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface.
  4. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving an edge for the crust.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce and add your favorite toppings.
  6. Preheat your oven to 475Β°F (245Β°C) and bake the pizza for about 12-15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
