- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 2 cups cooked pulled beef
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- 1 egg, beaten
- Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
- Cut into 9 equal squares.
- Place a spoonful of pulled beef in the center of each square.
- Sprinkle with cheese if using.
- Fold the pastry over the filling to form a triangle or leave as squares and seal edges.
- Brush with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until puffs are golden brown and flaky.
