- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

- 2 eggs
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow dish, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
- In another dish, beat the eggs. Place panko bread crumbs in a third dish.
- Dip each chicken tender into the seasoned flour, then into the eggs, and finally coat with panko crumbs.
- Arrange the tenders on the prepared baking sheet, spray lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and cooked through. Serve with dipping sauce.
