Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the chicken with the seasoned oil.
- Surround with sliced peppers, cherry tomatoes, and olives.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
