Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and brown sugar, stirring to combine and simmering for 2-3 minutes.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
