Instructions
- Cook orzo in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté garlic and vegetables until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Add cooked orzo to the skillet, mixing well.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, season with salt and pepper.
- Serve garnished with fresh herbs.
