- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with chili powder, salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp until pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- Assemble tacos by placing shrimp on tortillas, topping with lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime. Drizzle with sour cream or yogurt.
