- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and ginger. Marinate the beef for 10 minutes.
- Cook the beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Prepare rice according to package instructions.
- Serve beef over rice, topped with sliced carrots, green onions, and sesame seeds.
Notes
- You can substitute ground beef with thinly sliced sirloin or beef strips for more authentic texture.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for extra heat.
