Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger; sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Stir in soy sauce and chili flakes; cook for another 2 minutes.
- Divide cooked rice into bowls and top with the beef mixture.
- Garnish with sliced green onions, sesame seeds, and extra chili flakes if desired.

- You can add chopped vegetables like bell peppers or carrots for extra nutrition.
