- 1 (20-25 ounce) package of frozen or fresh ravioli
- 1 (24 ounce) jar of marinara sauce
- 15 ounces ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil (optional)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- If using frozen ravioli, cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain and mix with ricotta, Parmesan, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a 9Γ13 inch baking dish.
- Layer half of the ravioli mixture, followed by half of the marinara sauce and half of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
