- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz noodles (rice or egg noodles)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes; cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in soy sauce and hoisin sauce; cook for another 2 minutes until well combined.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Heat through.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.

- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli for extra nutrition.
- Adjust soy and hoisin sauce for saltiness and sweetness to taste.
