Instructions
- Season steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
- Add steaks and cook for 3-4 minutes per side for medium rare, or to your desired doneness.
- In the last minute of cooking, add butter, garlic, and herbs to the skillet.
- Baste the steaks with melted butter for 1-2 minutes.
- Remove steaks, let rest briefly, then serve drizzled with the buttery sauce and garnish with herbs.
