Instructions
- Start by slicing your maple sausage into bite-sized pieces.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sausage bites and cook until golden brown, about 8-10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the maple syrup and Dijon mustard to create the sauce.
- Remove the cooked sausage bites from the skillet and toss them in the maple-mustard sauce. Serve with toothpicks on a platter.
