- 1 lb breakfast sausage links
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Cut sausage into small pieces. In a bowl, mix sausage, cheese, parsley, and garlic powder.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the puff pastry sheet.
- Roll the puff pastry to envelop the filling and cut into 1-inch slices.
- Place slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm or cool for make-ahead prep.
