- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ¼ cup chopped nuts (such as pecans or walnuts)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Extra whipped cream for topping
- Chocolate shavings for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter to form the crust, press into a 9-inch pie dish, and bake for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust, sprinkle with chopped nuts, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve topped with whipped cream and chocolate shavings if desired.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- For freezing, do so before adding whipped cream.
- Pairs well with coffee or tea and fresh fruit.
