  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup chopped nuts (such as pecans or walnuts)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Extra whipped cream for topping
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter to form the crust, press into a 9-inch pie dish, and bake for 10 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  3. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Pour the filling into the cooled crust, sprinkle with chopped nuts, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
