- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, cooked chicken, and broccoli florets. Ensure the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Pour the cream of chicken soup over the mixture and gently stir until well coated.
- Add half of the shredded cheddar cheese and season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 8×8 inch baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese is bubbly.
