- 6-7 medium apples, peeled and sliced
- Β½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 box (14.1 ounces) refrigerated pie crusts
- Β½ cup salted caramel sauce
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- ΒΌ cup cold butter, cubed
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine sliced apples, granulated sugar, and cinnamon. Mix well.
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). In a separate bowl, combine flour and cold butter; cut until resembling coarse crumbs.
- Press half of the crust mixture into a 9×13 inch baking pan. Spread the apple mixture and drizzle with caramel sauce, then top with remaining crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.

- Use cold butter for a flaky crust.
- Avoid overmixing the crust to keep it tender.
