Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Spread cooked sausage evenly in the dish.
- Pour egg mixture over the sausage and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden and set.

- Can be prepared the night before and baked fresh in the morning.
- Use turkey sausage for a leaner option.
