- 4 large baguette loaves
- 1 pound cooked spaghetti
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut tops off baguettes and hollow out the centers, leaving about 1 inch of bread.
- Mix cooked spaghetti with marinara sauce, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Fill bread bowls with the spaghetti mixture, top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Place filled bread bowls on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm, garnished with extra basil if desired.
Notes
- Feel free to add cooked sausage or vegetables to the spaghetti mixture for extra flavor.
- Use fresh herbs for a more vibrant taste.
