Ingredients

  • 200g ramen noodles
  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons chili paste
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 soft-boiled eggs
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in chili paste and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Cook for 10 minutes.
