- 1 lb chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-2 red chili peppers, sliced
- 3 tbsp hot sauce (like sriracha)
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with soy sauce and cornstarch until evenly coated.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until crispy and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic and chili peppers, sauté for 1 minute.
- Mix hot sauce, honey, and rice vinegar, then pour over chicken. Toss to coat evenly and cook for another 2 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve hot.

- Adjust spice level by adding more or fewer chili peppers.
- Can be served with steamed rice or broccoli for a complete meal.
