  • Total Time: 4 hours 30 minutes
  • Yield: 12 Jello shots

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box (3 oz) raspberry or cherry flavored Jello
  • 1 box (3 oz) lime or green flavored Jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • Gummy candies or lychee fruit (for eyeballs)
  • Black food coloring or melted chocolate (optional for pupils)
  • Plastic eyeball molds or spherical silicone molds

Instructions

  1. Begin by boiling 1 cup of water and dissolving the raspberry or cherry Jello in it. Stir thoroughly to ensure complete dissolution. Add 1 cup of cold water and pour into your eyeball molds. Chill in the refrigerator until set, about 2–3 hours.
  2. In a separate bowl, dissolve the lime or green Jello in boiling water. Once fully dissolved, stir in the sweetened condensed milk for a creamy texture. Add a few drops of black food coloring or melted chocolate to create the pupils if desired. Carefully pour this mixture over the first layer and refrigerate until firm.
  3. Once both layers are set, carefully remove the gelatin from the molds. Attach gummy candies or lychee fruits to the top for eyeballs. Use black food coloring and a toothpick to draw pupils in the center of each eyeball for added realism. Display on a tray lined with plastic or a decorative serving platter.

Notes

  • Chill each layer thoroughly before adding the next to ensure clean separation.
  • Use different colored gelatin for creative variations.
  • Attach eyeball candies gently to avoid breaking the gelatin.
  • You can substitute candies with peeled grapes, small mozzarella balls, or cherries for eyeballs.
