- 12 slider buns
- 1 lb cooked turkey, shredded
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Butter for buns
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Slice slider buns in half and spread cut sides with butter.
- Layer bottom buns with shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, and cheese slices.
- Top with remaining buns and place on a baking sheet.
- Mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard; spread over the top buns.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts and buns are golden. Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cranberry sauce to taste for sweetness or tartness.
- Can be assembled ahead and baked just before serving.
