Instructions
- In a blender, purée honey, chipotle peppers, and adobo sauce until smooth.
- Marinate chicken slices in the honey chipotle sauce for at least 20 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook marinated chicken until fully cooked and caramelized, about 6-8 minutes.
- To serve, spoon cooked rice into bowls, top with cooked chicken, and garnish with cilantro, lime, and jalapenos.

- You can adjust the spice level by adding more or fewer chipotle peppers.
