- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, honey, sriracha, and sesame oil.
- Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through and golden.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, heat additional soy sauce and honey to create a glaze. Toss baked meatballs in the sauce or serve separately.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by increasing or decreasing sriracha.
- Serve with steamed rice or vegetables for a complete meal.
