- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup sliced red bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Slice the cooked chicken into strips and toss with sweet chili sauce until well coated.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft.
- Assemble wraps by placing lettuce, red peppers, chicken strips, and cilantro in each tortilla.
- Roll up tightly, cut in half, and serve immediately.
