- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Transfer the meat mixture into a loaf pan or shape it into a loaf on a baking sheet. Bake for about 45 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- While baking, prepare the glaze by whisking honey or brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar together.
- After 30 minutes of baking, remove the meatloaf from the oven and brush generously with the glaze.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite sides.
