Instructions
- Rinse the gammon joint under cold water and place it in the slow cooker with sliced onions and garlic.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar to create the glaze.
- Pour the honey glaze over the gammon and add bay leaves. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Optional: Broil the gammon for a few minutes after cooking for a caramelized finish. Let it rest before serving.

- Use a meat thermometer to ensure the gammon reaches an internal temperature of 160Β°F (71Β°C).
- For a deeper glaze, brush with additional honey during the last hour of cooking.
