Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine flour, powdered sugar, and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press into a greased 9-inch square baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, lemon juice, and zest. Pour over the baked crust. Sprinkle cranberries evenly on top.
- Bake for an additional 20 minutes until the filling is set and cranberries are soft. Cool before slicing.
