- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- For the peanut sauce:
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional for heat)
Instructions
- Mix all the peanut sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
- Spread the peanut sauce evenly over each tortilla.
- Layer shredded chicken, carrots, cucumbers, and cilantro on the tortillas.
- Sprinkle chopped peanuts over the fillings.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.

- You can prepare the peanut sauce in advance and store it in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Use cooked, shredded chicken for quick assembly.
