Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until evenly mixed.
- Form mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve with marinara sauce over pasta or as desired.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes or chopped onions.
- Can be cooked in sauce on stovetop for 30 minutes for extra tenderness.
