- 1 (32 oz) bag frozen Tater Tots
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 small onion, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook ground beef and diced onion in a skillet until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly in a baking dish.
- Arrange the frozen Tater Tots on top of the beef mixture.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese over Tater Tots.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until Tater Tots are crispy and cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can add diced vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
- Use shredded mozzarella for a different cheese twist.
