- 4 large russet potatoes, cut into thick fries

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and cut potatoes into thick fries. Toss in olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread fries in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Arrange fries on a large serving board, add dips, and garnish with fresh herbs. Serve immediately.

- For extra crispiness, double fry the potatoes or bake on a wire rack.
