- 1 (14.1 oz) tube refrigerated pizza crust
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- Unroll pizza crust and cut into 6 equal strips. Cut each strip in half to make 12 rectangles.
- Spoon 1 tsp pizza sauce into center of each rectangle, top with 1 tbsp cheese and a pinch of basil. Fold sides over filling to form a triangle or rectangle, pressing edges to seal.
- Place rolls in air fryer basket in a single layer (not touching). Lightly brush tops with olive oil.
- Air fry for 6–7 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of garlic powder or red pepper flakes to the filling.
- These freeze well — bake frozen rolls directly from freezer, adding 1–2 minutes to cook time.
