Crispy on the outside, melty on the inside — these homemade air fryer pizza rolls are easier and tastier than frozen versions. Made with simple ingredients and cooked in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 (14.1 oz) tube refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  2. Unroll pizza crust and cut into 6 equal strips. Cut each strip in half to make 12 rectangles.
  3. Spoon 1 tsp pizza sauce into center of each rectangle, top with 1 tbsp cheese and a pinch of basil. Fold sides over filling to form a triangle or rectangle, pressing edges to seal.
  4. Place rolls in air fryer basket in a single layer (not touching). Lightly brush tops with olive oil.
  5. Air fry for 6–7 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Let cool 2 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of garlic powder or red pepper flakes to the filling.
  • These freeze well — bake frozen rolls directly from freezer, adding 1–2 minutes to cook time.
