- 1 ripe pineapple, peeled and cored
- 1 medium cucumber, washed and chopped
- 1-2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lime juice (optional for added tang)
- Mint leaves for garnish
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Wash and chop the cucumber and peel and core the pineapple. Cut them into smaller pieces for easy blending.
- Blend the Ingredients: Add the chopped pineapple and cucumber into a blender, with lime juice if desired. Blend on high until smooth.
- Strain the Juice: Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove pulp and create a smooth juice.
- Serve and Enjoy: Pour the juice into glasses over ice. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve chilled.
Notes
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Best consumed within 2 days for optimal freshness.
- Give the juice a shake before serving as separation may occur.
