- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni

- Olive oil for brushing
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt.
- Gradually add warm water and mix until dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough into a circular shape, approximately 12 inches in diameter.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Add sliced pepperoni and assorted vegetables as toppings.
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) and bake pizza for 12-15 minutes.
Notes
- Store leftover pizza in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Individual slices can be frozen for up to 2 months.
- Pair with a side of garden salad or garlic bread for a complete meal.
