- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp honey (optional)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Chopped nuts for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Mix Greek yogurt, strawberries, honey, and chocolate chips in a bowl.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the sheet, forming clusters.
- Melt coconut oil and drizzle over the clusters.
- Sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours until firm.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Use fresh or frozen strawberries as preferred.
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.
